Stage 1: Planning and Budgeting

 After our initial sight meeting, M.F. Reynolds and Wovensteel are getting clarity on the scope of the work to be done. Low bearing walls will be removed and replaced with steel beams to accommodate larger floor spans. This will reinvent much of the internal floor structure.
